Investigated and attempted to clear the blocked sewer on this E-ONE pump out station, the shaft had collapsed and tree roots had worked their way through causing the blockage. Could not pe*****te the with the high pressure water jet. Dig up was the only option. The client wanted to topdress and re turf themselves.

This house in Mt Kembla was being affected by ground water entering the undercroft and causing rising damp and moisture problems. Removed 40m of concrete footpath, dug down to the footing, pressure washed brick and footing, waterproof with bitumen membrane and line with corflute, install ag line to stormwater pump station, reconnect downpipes and install 3 x surface grates. Ready to be concreted
