Crust Pizza Worrigee Village – New Store Complete!

We’re excited to share the successful delivery of the New Crust Pizza store at Worrigee Village, transformed from a cold shell to a fully operational venue in just four weeks.

📍 Location: Shop 10, Worrigee Village 10 Isa Road, Worrigee NSW 2540

This 120m² hospitality fit-out was an extensive build requiring the coordination of multiple specialist trades, including hydraulic engineering, HVAC, mechanical services, refrigeration, and more. The result is a high-quality, fit-for-purpose food venue delivered on a fast-tracked program and ready to trade.

A seamless end-to-end delivery ensured the store opened on schedule, highlighting strong project coordination and efficient ex*****on across all services.

Gloria Jean’s Pacific Werribee Refurbishment Complete!

We’re excited to share the successful completion of a full-store refurbishment at Gloria Jean’s Pacific Werribee, delivering a bright, vibrant new look in just five days.

📍 Location: Shop 120, Pacific Werribee Corner of Derrimut & Heaths Road, Werribee VIC 3030

This project was an entire store makeover, transforming the café with a refreshed, modern aesthetic. The scope included new cabinetry and reconfigured cabinet layouts to suit new display fridges, a complete signage upgrade, new digital menu screens, cladding and panelling throughout, and a full repaint of all walls, ceilings, VJ panelling, and the shopfront.

Delivered on a fast-tracked program, the refurbishment has revitalised the space while maintaining the inviting atmosphere Gloria Jean’s customers know and love.

Crust Pizza Surry Hills Refurbishment Complete!

We’re pleased to share the successful transformation of an existing pizza store into the Crust Pizza brand at Surry Hills, delivered through careful planning and expert coordination within a challenging inner-city environment completed in five days.

📍 Location: 458 Cleveland Street Surry Hills NSW 2010

This project involved the defit of an existing Crust Pizza store that was closing, followed by the full fit-out of the new location. Gowdie Management Group (GMG) navigated several complex challenges, including the relocation of a double-stack pizza oven across a 24-hour busy street with limited access.

The refurbishment included new cabinetry, Corian benchtops, the addition of an extra digital menu screen, a complete signage upgrade, and fresh new paint throughout. The result is a fully refreshed Crust Pizza store, delivered seamlessly despite operational constraints and site complexities.
