73 Strand Terrace Ettamogah Rise

Completed in April 2024 this custom-built home was specifically designed for the large lifestyle block with rear nature reserve.
Flooding with natural light and use of premium building materials, the home focused on energy efficiency and modern styling combined with elegant exterior finishes.
This home is a complement to all trades that played a role in it's construction.

Prune Street Garage/ Porch/ laundry/ bathroom and living room extension. This addition dramatically enhanced the street appeal of this home. We worked in with the talented homeowners as he rendered outside while she tiled the splash back, painted and laid the floating floor. What a team 👌
