Nice little find yesterday.
Customer had a pull out clothesline installed by a tradesman. After leaving the customer went to the toilet & turned the light on & it tripped the rcd to the lights in the house.
Tradesman had screwed into the cable.

Always pay to make sure all terminals are tight.

A little call out this afternoon. Customer complained that there safety switch was tripping & had lost power. Went to investigate & found a loose connection in the old porcelain service fuse.
Disconnect the power to the property then replaced with a new service fuse holder.
Problem solved 👌
