Carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning can kill, so never run generators indoors! Generators can produce high levels of CO, and like electricity, cannot be seen or smelt. If you feel sick, dizzy or weak using a generator, move away immediately and get some fresh air.

💡 Do you know the difference between a safety switch and a circuit breaker?

A safety switch monitors the flow of electricity and turns off the power when it detects an unsafe situation.

A circuit breaker protects an electrical circuit by quickly cutting power when there is a high current fault or overload that may cause a hazard such as a fire.

Make sure you have a safety switch installed on every circuit to protect you and your family from electric shock.

Wow, how lucky are we to have air conditioners. Thank you Actron for reminding us 👍

The wind evaporated the water on the reeds and made the air around them cooler - similar to how we might hang wet towels near an open window or a fan to cool down!
