Scope Building NT are proud to showcase our success at the 2023 Master Builders NT – Excellence in Building and Construction Awards, with our recently completed ARRCS Nhulunbuy Aged Care Facility being recognised as Best in 2 categories;

▪️Best Commercial/Industrial Construction $20-$50 Million
▪️Best Health Facility

In addition to these awards the project also took out the top honour by receiving the prestigious President’s Award as well as being nominated as a finalist in the MBA National Awards for 2023. Fantastic recognition of the significant team effort on a challenging project.

We are pleased to announce the recent completion of the Green 4 modifications at Charles Darwin University's Casuarina Campus.

This project was indeed a challenge that our team relished. It involved reconfiguring offices, constructing new meeting rooms, and extending a conference room into the balcony, offering an open-plan environment.

This renovation allowed us to breathe new life into the campus, creating spaces that are not only functional but also contemporary in design.

The modifications didn't stop there. We enhanced the interior with new finishes for the walls, floors, and ceilings, incorporated acoustic treatments, rearranged furniture, and optimised the fire, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

This classic structure now possesses a refreshed, modern appeal. We're delighted with the outcome and hope it will serve the university community well in the years to come.

Throwback to 2018 when we completed the stunning Mercure Resort New Outdoor Function Area! The large new facility comprised a rusted steel structure, concrete seating and benchtops, exposed aggregate concrete flooring, and a servery area with BBQ and bain-marie. Lighting, power, and a projector screen were also installed.

The project was completed to an exceptionally high standard, and we're proud to have been a part of it. It also included the installation of new grassed turf areas and stormwater drains to complement the landscaping.

Thank you to the Mercure Resort Alice Springs for entrusting us with this project. We hope that the outdoor function area has been providing many memorable moments for guests ever since!
