We are looking for an experienced and reliable Evaporative Air Conditioning Technician to handle the installations, maintenance, and repair of evaporative cooling systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Installing evaporative air conditioning units, ensuring all components are correctly set up and functioning
• Perform routine maintenance on evaporative coolers, including cleaning, inspecting and replacing parts as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair issues with evaporatives
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client questions and concerns professionally and effectively
• Follow all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working enviroement. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience working with evaporative air conditioning systems, but not required, we can teach you.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair.

Must have Australian Drivers License.

One of the longest running myths is that setting your air conditioner to a lower temperature helps to cool your room faster 🤔💭🌡️

In reality, setting your temperature lower won’t make it cool any quicker! It’s better to set your thermostat to the temperature you are aiming for. So if you want your room to be a temperate 22°, just set it to 22° and use the ‘High Power Mode’ for 15 mins of boosted power 💪

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and redirect high volume of phone enquiries
- Process all job and quote requests, including warranty claims
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Processing payments & cash handling
- Attend to customers
- Order stock as required
- Report daily to management as required

Essential;
- Confident use of computer systems
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent phone manner with a customer service focus
- Ability to work unsupervised and within a small team
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
