Established in 2007, Steve's Electrix & Communications provides professional electrical services to Alice Springs and the surrounding remote areas. Steve has a solid understanding of the demands of the Central Australian region a

nd has built up relationships with businesses and locals alike. Steve's Electrix & Communications employs a number of electricians, technicians and apprentices and are always prepared to give the younger generation an opportunity within the industry. As the name suggests, as well as offering a wide variety of professional electrical services, we also provide installation of communications data cabling and the supply and installation of NEC small business telephone systems. We employ specialised communications staff and backed by continuous training, aim to offer the latest advice, technology and services. Our business not only caters for Alice Springs residents, but also stretches further beyond to remote areas of Central Australia. Thanks to our fully equipped 4WD service vehicles, we are able to offer prompt, professional service, whenever and wherever you need. The recent move into Darwin for electrical services has now allowed us the opportunity to expand our business into the Top End.

Steve’s Electrix services Alice Springs domestic, commercial & industrial sectors. We have vast experience in same-day faults, additions, maintenance, real estate property management and new builds.
Requirements
- Eager to learn and ask questions.
- Have a current manual driver’s license.
- Ability to use initiative.
- Physically fit.
- Construction white card
- Flexible and willing to work remote.
- Punctual and reliable.

We are seeking to employ a capable and competent electrician to join our team.

Applicants must be willing to work within the town area, but also to travel to remote localities around Alice Springs generally about a week. We offer a variety of work within the electrical trade areas, domestic, industrial and commercial.

Duties will include, but are not limited to repairs, maintenance and installations to established and non-established premises.
Genuine applicants must be committed to working within the team and prepared to share our passion for quality workmanship and service to our customers.

You will need to supply your own hand tools. It is essential that you have a current driver’s license and white card.
