About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. This role combines administrative duties with aspects of human resources, offering an excellent opportunity for growth in HR.

Key Responsibilities:
• General administrative support, including data entry for accounts.
• Assisting with employee onboarding and maintaining staff records.
• Tracking training, inductions, and compliance requirements.
• Managing HR databases and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Handling general correspondence and internal communications.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong communication and literacy skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software.
• Previous HR experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn and develop in this area is highly advantageous.
