This home was a small 3 bedroom single garage. The brief was for a parent master bedroom with en suite and walk in robe. The garage was to be extended to be double, with the front yard becoming a private area for the owners to enjoy the winter sun.Several internal walls where moved to create open space. With the front of the home facing northeast, louvers where added into the parents room to allow the breeze to blow right through the home. Unfortunately this project was never commenced.
