Following a major refurbishment and expansion, the Cricks Highway KIA Motors and Subaru Corporations Motors Salck Creek dealership is now back in full operation. Delivered by our team, the project transformed the existing dealership into a modern, customer-focused automotive facility, with expanded showroom areas, upgraded buildings, and new servicing facilities designed to support future growth.

Works also included enhanced site access, improved vehicle circulation and additional on-site parking to create a more seamless customer experience, while a new workshop constructed above the existing car park has further increased servicing capacity and provided a highly functional and efficient environment for staff and customers.

We’re proud to have successfully delivered another project alongside W.I.M Architects for the client, creating a modern facility that enhances both operational capability and the customer experience.

We’re pleased to share the latest progress on the redevelopment of PM Care's Community and Services Building, a project focused on enhancing both resident experience and operational efficiency through a series of carefully planned refurbishments and extensions.

Construction is progressing well, with internal demolition works now complete and saw cutting for internal services on the eastern side of the building finalised. External concrete works are scheduled to commence this week, while preparations are also underway for upcoming infrastructure upgrades. Looking ahead, demolition of the existing external columns is scheduled for next week as works continue to move steadily through the next phase of construction.

Once complete, the upgraded facility will deliver a welcoming new entry and reception, alongside modern administrative, dining, activity, and clinical spaces, creating a more functional, contemporary environment for residents, staff, and visitors alike.

Another milestone has been reached at West Moreton Anglican College with the completion of the Student Hub, delivering contemporary, future-focused spaces designed to support learning, connection and student wellbeing.

The new three-storey Student Hub further enhances the campus, featuring a striking glass curtain wall and architectural feature screens that establish a strong architectural presence within the College precinct. Finishes throughout incorporate comprehensive acoustic treatments to mitigate aircraft noise, creating comfortable, high-performing spaces for students and staff.

This milestone follows the earlier completion of the JJ Block redevelopment, which involved the extension and refurbishment of the existing building into a modern two-storey learning environment. Together, these projects represent a significant transformation for the College community, and we’re proud to have played a role in bringing this vision to life.

Construction is progressing strongly at Lutheran Ormeau Rivers District School (LORDS), with structural steel now rising on site and giving shape to the new facility. Blockwork is progressing well, with key front-of-house areas now complete. Initial concrete pours are underway, and roofing and cladding are scheduled to commence in the coming weeks.

This project involves the extension and refurbishment of the existing covered outdoor learning area, transforming it into a renewed multipurpose centre. The works also include upgrades to carparking and associated external areas, creating a more flexible and functional space to support both educational and community use.

We’re excited to announce that our team has been appointed to deliver the new townhouse development at 29 Barrymore Street, Everton Park.

The project will see the demolition of the existing dwelling and the construction of four architecturally designed, three-storey townhouses, featuring open-plan living, private courtyards, balconies, and integrated garages. Our scope includes all site preparation, bulk earthworks, foundations, masonry, timber and steel framing, roof trusses, and fully coordinated external works including shared driveway access, visitor parking, deep planting, retaining walls, and fencing.

Designed by Neylan Architecture, the development combines brick veneer, lightweight cladding, aluminium screening, and steel roofing to create a contemporary, durable, and low-maintenance residential precinct. The development will provide modern, functional living spaces complemented by landscaped private and communal areas, enhancing both privacy and streetscape appeal.

Progress is continuing at Beaudesert Self Storage for Blackoak Property Group, with the project moving through key construction stages on site. Major milestones have been achieved, including concrete slabs poured across the facility.

We’re now seeing vertical elements come together, with structural steel being installed and roofing underway. Multiple building zones are progressing simultaneously, and the overall layout of the 214-unit facility is becoming increasingly visible.

We look forward to maintaining this momentum as the structure continues to develop and Blackoak Property Group’s vision for a high-quality, boutique storage facility comes to life.

At Citipointe Christian College Brisbane, strong progress is underway on the comprehensive campus uplift, designed to future-proof the College’s growing community. Construction of the new two-storey Junior Learning Centre is advancing well with earthworks now complete. External services are currently being reticulated around the building pad, and the slab-on-ground is being poured today.

Meanwhile, the Prep Canopy 2 was handed over yesterday, with the space already in full use today for OCHE and student lunchtime activities. This milestone has enabled the next stage of the project, the Prep Extension, to commence. School and student activities previously located within the Prep Extension area have now been successfully transitioned to the new Prep Canopy 2 to facilitate upcoming construction works.

The upgraded facilities will deliver 12 flexible learning areas, enhanced prep spaces, covered outdoor learning environments, and a new single-storey extension incorporating kitchen and storage facilities - creating a modern, cohesive environment that supports contemporary teaching and learning.

We’re proud to showcase Lourdes Hill College 1A Block G, a transformative addition delivered by our team as part of the College’s Master Plan to support its growing student community and the introduction of a dedicated junior school.

Completed in 2025, Stage 1A (G Block) is a striking five-storey concrete building featuring seven versatile general learning areas designed to support flexible, contemporary teaching. A spacious outdoor concourse and thoughtfully integrated landscaping create welcoming spaces that extend learning beyond the classroom.

This facility now stands as a vibrant hub of academic activity and a centrepiece of modern educational design for Lourdes Hill College. We are proud to have delivered several projects for the College and look forward to continuing our valued partnership into the future.
