Project Update: LAGO Apartments, Como 🏗️

Work is now underway on Level 5 at LAGO, and with the building continuing to rise, the Swan River is coming into view. It’s a great preview of the outlook future residents will enjoy and a reminder of what makes this location so special.

From Level 4 upwards, the slabs are post-tensioned, with steel tendons installed within the reinforcement prior to each concrete pour. This allows for a slimmer and more efficient floor structure throughout the upper levels of the building.

With the tower crane in full operation and multiple trades progressing across the site, LAGO is continuing to take shape at a strong pace.

Thank you to our site team, subcontractors and suppliers for their continued effort and contribution to reaching this stage of the project.

Project Update: Mercy Place, Edgewater 🏗️

There has been some exciting progress at our Mercy Place Edgewater project over the past couple of months.

Most recently, we commenced installation of the light gauge steel framing and trusses, which is starting to give the building its shape and provides a great sense of how the completed development will come together.

Alongside this milestone, services and internal partitions are progressing throughout the lower ground level, and construction of the Western Power transformer bay has recently commenced.

It’s great to see the project continuing to take shape.

We are delighted to announce that the Civic Gardens NDIS Apartments successfully achieved practical completion as of May.

The development includes one and two-bedroom apartments for people with high physical support needs, along with 2 dedicated overnight accommodation apartments for support workers.

We extend our gratitude to our dedicated project team, client, consultants, loyal suppliers, and subcontractors for their tireless efforts and commitment.
