After a complete internal renovation it was time to freshen up the exterior of this farm house. The last time this was painted was by my father around 35 years ago. Bye bye dated cream and Mission Brown, hello Boulder Grey and white. The surface cleaner used around the concrete verandah finished it off nicely 👌.

This is a client's farm cottage whom we have done a lot of work for over many years. She was a bit ran down but came up like new. With the usual care taken throughout the whole painting process, the client also did the smart thing and got Tom from Tom's Pest Control out to treat the outside for spider's and ants once we had finished. Happy customers😁.

New to Carlyle Painting is pavement cleaning. At a starting price of only $4m² plus gst with a minimum charge for 40m² or less, it's a great way to rejuvenate a dirty path, driveway or deck.
Using high pressure water with little to no overspray this system is ideal for any concrete surface from steel float finish to exposed aggregate or stamped. It is also ideal to freshen up a timber deck prior to oiling or just to remove grime.
No chemicals, just water so run off will not damage gardens or lawns.
Sealing or painting of all cleaned substrates can also be arranged.

Very satisfying result.
