Getting a lot of calls lately about hot aircons — trucks, machines, even cars! ☀️❄️

This little 3.5T excavator came in blowing nothing but warm air. After a quick inspection, we found the culprit — a condensor with a hole punched through by debris hiding inside the belly guards.

While we were in there, we noticed the cabin floor was packed with dirt, so we decided to dig deeper (literally). The evaporator was completely blocked too!

A good clean, a few repairs, and some TLC later — and this machine is now blowing ice-cold air like it should. 🧊💨

Keeping operators cool and comfortable, one machine at a time.

We were genuinely surprised this engine was able to drive in, given the extent of the damage we found. After a severe NRS cooler failure, the engine continued operating for another 16 hours. When a low power issue was reported, we brought the machine into the workshop for further evaluation and discovered a bent connecting rod.

The affected cylinder was producing excessive smoke due to a large amount of unburnt fuel. We replaced the damaged liner and piston, and since then, the machine has performed flawlessly.

During our routine weekly inspection, we discovered that a Cat D10T would not start. Further investigation revealed two key issues: low battery charge and welded contacts within the starter isolation switch. The faulty switch was preventing 24V from reaching the isolation positive pole, resulting in a no-start condition.

We swapped this defective isolator out and batteries and sent this machine back to work
