We have just wrapped up the town planning documentation for this beauty! 🌿

A U-shaped layout that wraps around a central outdoor lawn, creating a private sanctuary that works for kids, entertaining, and quiet weekends alike. Multiple living zones that feel connected while still offering moments of separation. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

The recycled brick exterior and white roof keep the home cool and crisp in the Victorian summer. The deep eaves provide shade when you need it. And the planting softens everything, making the home feel embedded in its landscape rather than imposed upon it. 🌳
