There's something special about a home that connects effortlessly to the outdoors. This courtyard design captures it perfectly — a living pergola framing the sky above, the garden spilling in through large glazed openings, and a sense of calm that you feel the moment you step inside. ✨

We designed this outdoor-indoor transition to dissolve the boundary between house and landscape. Bar stools at the outdoor counter for lazy Sunday mornings. Sliding glass doors that throw the living room open to the breeze. Views of the garden from the dining table. 🌞

WAURN PONDS ACREAGE — NEW CONCEPT DESIGN 🏡

We are beyond excited to share the latest concept design fresh off the board — a stunning new acreage home nestled in the beautiful hills of Waurn Ponds, Victoria. Paddock views out front, rolling hills as your backdrop, and a design that makes the most of every single aspect of this incredible block. 🌅

This one is all about grounding the home in its landscape. We've paired the rugged character of Daniel Robinson Overland Rugged Freycinet brickwork with Vertical Stria Monument Matte cladding to create a façade that feels timeless yet unmistakably contemporary. Add in Custom Matte Black Windows and the result is a home that commands attention from the moment you arrive. 👌

Step inside and the connection to the outdoors never lets go. The open plan living and dining space draws your eye straight through floor-to-ceiling glazing to those paddock views beyond, while the kitchen anchors the home with warmth and precision — a space designed for real life and real family moments. 😍

TORQUAY RENOVATION - DESIGN MATTERS AWARDS 2026 🏆

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our Mira Casa renovation in Torquay has been officially entered in the Design Matters National Awards 2026 for Best Renovation Under $1M! 🌟

This one has been truly something special. An incredible transformation of an existing home into a stunning contemporary coastal retreat. The natural stone feature wall wrapping through the entry, the open-plan living filled with warm timber details and natural light, and that show-stopping travertine kitchen... the result is breathtaking! 😍

A huge thank you to the amazing team who made this happen, and most importantly to our incredible clients for trusting us completely with their vision. Watching your dream come to life like this is exactly why we do what we do. 🙏

WHERE DESIGN MEETS THE OCEAN 🌊

There's nothing quite like designing a home perched above the Great Ocean Road. The Wye River project is one of our most breathtaking builds yet — a 17-metre site fall carved into the hillside, where every room is oriented to capture those endless ocean views. 🏡

We worked with the natural topography rather than against it, minimising excavation while maximising the drama of the landscape. Floor-to-ceiling Rylock windows frame the view like living artwork, and the Colorbond enseam cladding weaves the home seamlessly into the rugged coastal environment. 🌿

WANDANA HEIGHTS — DETAILED DESIGN COMPLETE 🏡

This one has been a labour of love, and we are absolutely thrilled to share where it's at! Perched on an elevated sloped site with city views, this Wandana Heights home is everything a dream build should be — bold, beautiful, and deeply personal. 🌊

The design wraps striking black cladding with warm timber batten accents that soften the facade beautifully, while floor-to-ceiling Rylock Australia glazing frames those incredible views from every angle. Every room connects to the outdoors in the most seamless way. 😍

Inside, we've gone full resort vibes — a pool with natural stone surrounds and glass fencing, open plan living that flows effortlessly to the alfresco deck, and warm oak timber flooring that make the spaces feel like home from the moment you walk in. 🌿

The detailed design stage is now complete and the engineer is taking over to design the structural components — next stop, working drawings! Stay tuned for this one, because we genuinely cannot wait to see it come to life. 👌

NEW PROJECT REVEAL — Clifton Springs 🌊

We're so excited to share our latest renovation project, and this one is something truly special. Nestled just meters from the stunning panoramic views over Port Phillip Bay in Clifton Springs, this home had incredible bones — but it needed a transformation worthy of its sensational location. 😍

Here's what we've done: the existing kitchen, living and dining area downstairs has been completely converted into a generous pool room and outdoor entertaining space. Think seamless indoor-outdoor flow, designed for the coastal lifestyle at its best. 🏊

And then we added a whole new level. The upper floor features an open plan living, kitchen and dining space that opens straight out onto a walk-out balcony — so those breathtaking bay views are front and center, every single day. ☀️

We brought it all together with clean crisp render lines, refined coastal materiality and a colour palette that feels completely at home by the water. This is what bringing your dreams to life looks like — and we cannot wait to see this one built! 🏡
