We talk to so many homeowners who have a classic corrugated iron roof—whether it's an older home or a modern Colorbond one. And the number one question we get is, "Can I even put gutter guards on my roof?"

The answer is YES, absolutely! But... and this is a massive 'but'... it has to be done the right way.
Your typical flat, "one-size-fits-all" gutter guard from the hardware store just won't work. Think about the shape of your roof. It has high ridges and low valleys, right? If you just lay a flat piece of mesh on top, you're left with a gaping hole at every single valley. The wind will howl, the storm will brew,
My new gutter guard will see it through.
No leafy dam, no water's plight,
Just autumn's beauty, clear and bright.

The autumn wind, whispers a sigh,
Sending leaves to dance across the sky.
They swirl and twirl, a russet rain,
And land upon the roof's domain.

A shingled slope, a gentle grade,
Where crimson, gold, and ochre fade.
They flutter down, a rustling sound,
On surfaces where guards are bound.

No leafy flood, no sodden weight,
No blockage seals the drainage gate.
The gutter guard, a woven mesh,
Defends against the leafy flesh.

The rain may come, the breezes blow,
But water's path will freely flow.
The leaves remain, a scattered heap,
A transient, slumbering, colored sleep.

And though they pile, a textured mound,
No fear of overflow is found.
The guard stands firm, a silent friend,
Until and beyond the season's weary end.
