Bedroom to balcony single door access to balcony.
Converted fixed panel on the left door and fitted flush bolts.
Hung both doors on wide throw hinges for full opening with cabin hooks for holding open.

Verandah Renovation
Glenda and Denis’s verandah didn’t need a full replacement.
New joists with protector tape, 9 new rows of Merbau boards and 4 new Verandah posts.
Now sound, will have decking stain applied in November

Weatherboard Replacement.
Removed rotted and damaged boards.
New premium pre primed boards installed.
Ends primed.
Nail holes filled and sanded.
Edges and ends caulked.
Bare timber and filler primed.
Ready for Ollie the Painter.

The deck at Melissa’s place had become springy and had also dropped caused by rotting in the joists.
The Atlas Home Fix was install new 90x45mm H3 Treated Pine cleats to the existing degraded joists, which brought the decking back to orginal height and removed the spring.
Re install the orginal boards.
Sound and cost effective repair.

Nikki and David’s very large dining table had split 2/3rds of its lenght and was in need of new stain and varnish.
After a continuous rip through the split 6 very large sash clamps pulled everything together and held whilst the glue dried. Thanks to Ken and the team at Glen Iris Hire Depot for suppling the big sash clamps they got the job done.
Following along next was the stripping of the existing lacquer and stain then sanding with 80, 120, and 240 grit sandpaper nice and smooth !
2 coats of Haymes Walnut Wood Stain gave the required colour.
To finish the job 3 coats of Haymes Satin Interior Varnish to give a hard wearing surface.

Michael needed this opening filled in didn’t want sound travelling between the rooms, we installed Bradford Sound Screen acoustic bats, worked well.

Paul and Sue have an outdoor living area off the family room which is an ideal entertaining area in the warmer weather only problem was the side colorbond fence was too low, affording no privacy for either neighbour when using those parts of their property
The Atlas Home Fix install new Oxworks Woodland Grey colourbond 1.8m fence panels to the existing fence and matching up with back fence.
Much neater and private
