**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated Junior Retaining Wall Sales and Estimating Specialist who will play a crucial role in our sales and estimating process. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the construction industry while contributing to client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain strong customer relations throughout the sales process.
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to facilitate sales.
- Conduct site visits to measure and assess project requirements.
- Liaise with customers to guide them through their journey with us.
- Prepare and present accurate quotes for retaining wall projects.
- Coordinate and hand over project details to the site supervisor.
- Manage customer expectations and provide updates on project statuses.
- Assist with scheduling and programming of upcoming works.
**Requirements:**
- A strong interest in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment.
- Prior experience in Retaining walls, Landscaping, Excavation highly desired
- Prior experience in Sales or customer services based roles highly desired
**Compensation:**
$55k-$65k - Salaried Position - Remuneration will be commensurate to experience and qualifications of the candidate
