An exciting role as Landscape Gardner Team Leader is now available for the right applicant at LID Group. Works are mainly based in the Northern Suburbs. The role will have you complete works for our current clients in both landscape and garden maintenance. This role is perfect for someone that has excellent problem solving skills, hard working and self motivated with an eye for detail.
The duties you can expect to do are as follows:-
Motivate your team to ensure that project are completed on time and to budget with a high standard being delivered.
Landscape duties include (Timber edging, mulching, planting, turf laying, dingo operation, irrigation, clothesline and letterbox installation etc)
Garden maintenance duties include (mowing, brush cutting, w**d eradication, blowing etc)
Mentoring of junior team members
Administrative duties, reporting.
What are we looking for?
-Previous team leading/supervisory experience
-Sound landscape/horticultural knowledge
-A problem solver with excellent communication skills
-Someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment
What will you need?
-Qualified and or demonstrated experience
-Drivers licence and WHS White Card
-Working with Childrens Check or willing to obtain
