It was recognised there was a greater need for builders to be able package up metal roofing and cladding systems on their projects. Unlike many of our competitors, our licenses allow us to undertake a combination of roofing and cladding works in the same project. This negates the need for two separate contractors and provides the many financial and time advantages.

Delivered in partnership with this project continues our strong working relationship across multiple VSBA school bundles since 2019.

Our scope included the roofing and cladding package.
- 7900m² of Colorbond Kliplock roofing
- 1600m² Spandek Cladding and Danpal to gymnasium

✨ Project Showcase — Aikenhead Centre of Excellence

We’re proud to showcase our contribution to the Aikenhead Centre of Excellence, where design innovation meets technical precision.

A standout feature of this project is the custom louvre interlocking panel system, purpose-built to deliver both architectural impact and functional performance. Designed and fabricated to integrate seamlessly within the internal wall cladding when not in use but allow natural light to enter the theatre when required.

This bespoke solution required close coordination across design, fabrication and construction teams to ensure every panel aligned perfectly — both visually and structurally.

950m2 of Quartz and COLORBOND® steel was installed across the roofing and cladding package.

Projects like this highlight what’s possible. A fantastic project to be involved in, working with and contributing to a facility that represents innovation and excellence in its field.

💥 We're looking for a skilled CNC Router Operator with CAD/Enroute programming & operating experience to join our Bacchus Marsh team. 💥

This is a hands-on, factory-based role working on a Multicam flatbed CNC router cutting mainly aluminium products. You'll be programming, nesting, cutting, and helping keep production flowing smoothly.

👉 What You'll Need
- 1+ year operating and programming CNC routers
- Skilled in Enroute, AutoCAD, or an equivalent program
-Strong nesting & toolpath prep skills (minimal waste = big win)
- Able to read and interpret shop drawings with precision
- Deep knowledge of tools, feeds, speeds, hold-down techniques
- Physically fit and confident in a fast-paced workshop
- Organised and tidy with digital files and machine setup
- Strong work ethic and eye for quality
- Australian work authorisation is required for this position
- Truck Licence preferred but not necessary

🔨 What You'll Be Doing
- Design, draw, program, layup, and operate CNC routers to cut aluminium profiles
- Delivery Driving to our various projects and suppliers
- Maintain clean and accurate job files
- Work closely with construction teams to meet daily targets
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area
- Use hand/power tools for post-processing or assembly
- Contribute to continuous improvements in production processes

Great to swap the tools for the turf last night at the Barefoot Bowls with our local banking partners, Bacchus Marsh Community Bank.

A friendly challenge and enjoyable evening on the green — with the Industry Cladding & Roofing crew managing to come away with the win 🏆

More importantly, the evening was a great reminder of how closely connected our local business community really is.

Both Industry Cladding & Roofing and the Bacchus Marsh Community Bank have grown side by side over the years. As each of our businesses has evolved, so too has the relationship — built on shared values around supporting local people, local clubs, and the broader regional community.

Nights like this are a great example of community engagement in its simplest form: good people, good conversation, and a bit of healthy competition.
