🚧 Halfway through this week’s residential subdivision project!

We’re installing concrete sleeper retaining walls along the new boundaries, with plenty of work happening before the sleepers go in.

So far, the team has removed the original wall, completed the site cut and groundworks, drilled the footing holes and concreted the steel posts into position.

Next up:
✅ Fit fence plates to the steel posts for fencing on top of the wall
✅ Install the concrete sleepers
✅ Add drainage pipes, waterproof membrane and drainage rock behind the walls
✅ Bring in approximately 100m³ of fill to build up the new areas

A big transformation underway — we’ll share the finished result once it all comes together.
