Looking for an all rounder tradesperson and/or landscaper with the ability to problem solve, work well as part of a small team and take initiative when working autonomously.

Our work is creative, transformative and of a high standard for a regular and rewarding clientele.

- experience in paving, carpentry, stonework or small scale concreting highly regarded
- horticulture knowledge and an interest in landscape design greatly valued.

🛠️ Transforming The Forge Creek Gates: A Day in the Life of a Hardworking Team ⏰

Last Thursday at 10:20 AM, something remarkable was happening at the Forge Creek Gates. Our team was in full swing, working on the gate pillars – a project we’ve been itching to get our hands on. The big day had finally arrived, and with four of our best team members on site, we were ready to tackle the challenge head-on.

We kicked off at 8:00 AM, and boy, were we lucky with the weather! It was as if the skies knew we had a big task ahead. We put our backs into it, working tirelessly, stone by stone, with the kind of focus that only comes when you’re passionate about what you’re doing.

Morning tea was a welcome break, with coffee fuelling our spirits and conversation. But we didn’t linger long. With cups emptied, we were back to the grindstone, pushing through to knock-off time without skipping a beat.

By the end of the day, most of the rocks were laid, and I've got to say – I’m super pumped with the result. It’s more than just construction; it’s craftsmanship, it's dedication, it's teamwork.

Taking on Weeds: The golden rule here is to never let those weeds bloom. Keep them in check by pulling them out before they can spread their seeds.

Watering Wisely: Watering is a bit of an art, especially in changing weather. On those scorching 40-degree days, it might be a daily watering affair. But on those cooler, low 20s days, you can space it out to every third day.

And let's not forget the unsung heroes—your soil and mulch. In places like ours, near the beach, the soil can be a bit thirsty. Improving your soil quality and adding a nice layer of mulch goes a long way in keeping that moisture where it belongs. 🌿💧
