Take a look at this beautiful bathroom I finished fitting off today. What a masterpiece.

With the help of FLIR(infra Red camera) I was able to pinpoint this burst on the hot water line under this terrazzo floor. I tried my best to keep the section of floor undamaged so it could be replaced later.
Successful operation as the hot spot was exactly where the burst was, and the rest of the pipe looks in good condition.
Damaged section was cut out and replaced.

I FOUND IT!
It took a bit of work, but I think I got this gas leak.

Just unblocked this shower drain. Just a small amount of hair 😲 blocking the drain.
FYI, there isn't anything you can put down your drain which will dissolve this(without needing a licence).
