Cedar Homes provide our clients direct access to our site supervisors and company management meaning they are kept up to date with how their build is progressing right through from council Planning submission and approval to handover and the post handover maint

enance period. We offer many different designs and also the opportunity to work with our Sales Team to create a custom design to suit your budget, requirements and personal visions. Cedar Homes work with numerous different building materials to suit the requests of our clients and aim for a build time of 5-7 months from the time the slab is layed. We specialise in sub divided blocks, rear and difficult access and blocks which may prove more challenging for other builders. Currently 80% of our clientele are located within the Perth Metro Area, however, one of the advantages of choosing Cedar Homes is our flexibility to build as far South as Albany, as far North as Geraldton and as far East as Merriden. Cedar Homes prides itself on exceptional service, honesty, integrity and making our clients dreams a reality.
