Braided flexible water hoses can cause a lot of damage to a property if left to long to be replaced! Lucky only the vanity unit suffered damage! The floor drain in this bathroom did it's job and stopped any damage to the nearby carpet or wall.

Recently replaced the Dual Stage top to a LPG regulator. The leak was identified by the cylinder provider and made known to the client. Remember, if you smell gas at your property, isolate the gas and contact your provider and/or a licensed Gas Fitter.
