Given the general bad reputation of tradies either not turning up, being untidy, over charging etc we pride ourselves on the full service with the little things done right such as,
Whiping our feet before entering
Cleaning up mess
Full communication
Quotes and invoices on time etc.

The general courtesy of late is sadly not being reciprocated making our lives stressful and harder.

Though we really appreciate our clients and appreciate that it's mostly one off clients not so much repeats we ask can you please be accountable for the service you've asked for by:

-Being out of bed and ready before agreed arrival time
-Have furniture or obstacles cleared so we have access to work
-Give us prior notice if you require extra work before we arrive to site
-Have pets put away if they are "runners"
-Most importantly, only contacting us out of hours if its urgent. Please respect we are people with family and personal lives too.

Please remember your appointment time and date when agreed upon and we hope to continue offering a great reliable and honest service in the future.

We haven't posted in a while as we have been super busy during these crazy times but have of course been occupied with installs all over town. A few pics of us keeping busy, avoiding Covid along the way. We hope everyone is staying safe and looking forward to the good times ahead.
