🚜 MACHINERY OPERATORS WANTED IN REGIONAL VICTORIA 🚜

We are seeking 2 staff members to join our team for the upcoming harvest season. (Beginning Mid September to late December) with potential to continue on into the new year. Will count towards 1st and 2nd year visas and count as your 88 days.

Successful applicants would:
•Take pride in maintaining ALL machinery and the work at hand.
•Be flexible with working days/hours.
•Be honest, reliable and have good people skills.
•Able to perform general maintenance on gear.
•Be able to do a variety of different jobs with minimal supervision.
•Abide by all Health and Safety Protocols.
•Have good time management skills, follow instructions and ask questions.

A great variety of work available and day to day duties will include but not limited to:
•Silage Stack Loader operation
•Tube Silage Wrapping
•Cultivation-Air-seeding, ploughing, discing etc.
•Bailing, Teddering and Rake Driving.
•Bulk Wagon Silage
•Maintenance on gear.
•HC license a bonus however not essential
Most of the tractor work related to these jobs will be done on Fendt tractors, running gps autosteer.

Training will be provided to all applicants although experience with machinery and a good attitude is a MUST. Accomodation on site is available in old farm house with fully equipped ammenities.
