Completion of this lovely design and construct extension & renovation.
Here along with the rear extension we knocked out 3 walls for the open planned kitchen - dining - living feel - Including adding new built in robe to bedroom 3.
The kitchen is the real centre piece of the area creating a socialised feel in the home the visual pops with Polytec Navy Ultramatt cabinetry it looks great and minimises finger prints!.
Bench tops finished in the beautiful Meganite Blanca Granite to complete the look.

Base Stage - We demolished the old garage and rear decking to make way for our new design and construct extension consisting of 2 x bedrooms 1 x bathroom and a double garage, with minor internal works to be done where the extension meets the current living room.
Garage raft slab on peers, boundary double brick wall for fire rating with the extension to be on brick peers and designer cladding.
We find the plus 1's, consistency and team work in general to be key day to day. Our teams focus is to always to move forward past any obstacle together with a positive attitude for the best results on site, things can happen and we just move on.
Not all the work we do throughout a build is glorious most of the time its not straight forward doing extensions and renovations with grounded knowledge and a broad range of experience being key, The work is hard & physical, dirty, we work in the weather or get effected by supply impacts, problems can arise from site access to unforeseen site conditions or just basic problems and it can all move timelines and expectations for everyone involved we understand the need to be flexible.
The key to our success is our team we are all in the same boat and we all row the same way to produce the best quality work we can for our clients.
We could all do another job and easier work but i like to think our team do this work because we love it and when you make a difference its great.
i know that's exactly why i do this job and continue to build, i don't know anything else and honestly i cant think of anything else id like to do with my time other than maybe a little less work lol,
I have enjoyed my time in the industry and the challenge the whole time since the mid to late 90s until now even when it can get tuff the juice is always worth the squeeze.

Evoke primarily offer a design and construct service to suit your needs & lifestyle we assist our clients with this as often majority of people don't have plans or documents & even know where to start, Nor understand what a build can cost that's why customers consistently come to us for our professional service.
I give you no nonsense straight forward advice, However i can not promise its always what you are wanting to hear, I was trained in a very traditional way & pride myself on carrying that forward & I personally don't sugar coat anything its always been best to be straight forward and its what works.
Evoke will always work with you as best we can if we don't know the answer we will try to find one for you good or bad, So you can understand what can and cannot be done due to the rules, site limitations & the big one budgets! we all have one! that's life.
We pride ourselves on the work we do for the mums and dads in the area who simply need or want more space & a better level of comfort.
Everyone hears the horror story's no matter the industry or situation, Unfortunately it’s become far to common the things spoken too little of or broadcast to the world are the wins, the simple improvements and positive defences & experiences businesses like ours can make for people.
We do the best we can at any time to get it right!.
This dose not mean at times mistakes cannot be made, No one and nothing is perfect that's life & just common sense.
On this project we will do a site diary glimpses throughout the process of a build with Evoke.

Project commenced on site for our lovely customers who operate one of our favourite Celiac friendly restaurants in town Gor G*i thai food.
My partner has Celiacs and it’s hard to find a reliable place to eat, anyone who has experience with this will know all to well.
Not only is the food great there is a very talented hobby photographer in the family capturing all our action on site.
