What a crazy year it has been. More Covid-19 lockdowns, an earthquake, strong winds, and power outages....

Amongst all of that our 2 year anniversary snuck past without us even realising.

Recently installed some under-tile floor heating. This is the most comfortable form of heating, providing an even temperature across the entire floor and feel's so good underfoot.

This heating can be installed under any ceramic or porcelain tile, stone, or marble flooring.

Reminder! If your circuit breakers are tripping, get them checked out.

Do not keep resetting it, it has tripped for a reason.

This hot water service had a faulty element, which was catching on fire and tripping.

Had they not had it looked into when they did, this would have caused irreversible damage to the unit.
