It’s been a while since we’ve posted anything other than looking for workers but after today we’re feeling the need to put up a bit of an appreciation post. Today’s job was completed by only 2 people, one of them being Tim the other our labourer Angus. It was a massive, flat out day, and these 2 gave it everything they had & got the job done.
Angus, mate, if your still awake you did a ripper of a job today & we couldn’t have got it done without you. Thank you for bringing your A game & for the massive effort you put in today.
Think it’s safe to say both these men will sleep like logs tonight! 💪🏼 ✅😴

Concretor wanted to join our ranks on subcontractor basis.

Looking for someone who can do the job, be reliable, who can work unsupervised & knows what they are doing but still open minded enough to take on the ways that TRP like to get things done.
We want experienced staff. We are not looking for people new to the industry at this stage.

Must be experienced & motivated.

Must have own licence & transport, truck licence would be beneficial.

Must be available a minimum of 3-4 days a week, concreting is weather dependent so flexibility on days is preferred & full time work is available.

Must have ABN

We are ready for immediate starters.

We are willing to pay good money for the right person.

WE NEED WORKERS!!

Hey guys.

TRP are looking for an experienced concreter to join our ranks. Someone who can,

*work both in our team & who is experienced enough to be left in charge of a job when the boss isn't there and who can give guidance to our younger employees if needed.

*work Monday-Friday & as many half day Saturdays as you want.

We are not looking for people new to the concrete world, we want someone who is capable of confidently producing a high standard of work without the need for constant supervision.

Pay will be relative to competency.

We have a lot of work on now & we need to be in 3 places at once. Therefore we need experienced workers to be left on a job site while the boss moves between jobs or is at another site.

If this is you or sounds like someone you know then you need to tag away, message us, call us.

We want you for immediate start if possible and the work is consistent & in no risk of drying up.
We have more than enough work from our local home builders to keep us all busy & that's on top of private jobs and a few other companies.

Good morning all,

Just a quick update on Tim post surgery.

His been told 2 weeks off for recovery & 4-6 weeks no heavy lifting. At the moment I think we'll struggle to keep him off that long but he has agreed to stay off until next Friday the 2nd of March & see how he goes from there.

Tim apologises for the inconvenience, appreciates the understanding you've shown him & hopes to be back, fighting fit & getting it done as soon as possible.

The never ending search.......

We are looking for a labourer. Happy to take on young guys as long as they come prepared to work hard & can be punctual & reliable. If you don't have a licence but can make early starts & are a keen worker, willing to learn the TRP ways then call or message and get in touch.
Hours are approx 7-3-ish, Mon-Fri with some half day Saturdays. Good weather sometimes means slightly longer days, poor weather can mean shorter days, that's a concretors life!
We employ on a subcontractor basis so you will need a current ABN, everything else we can teach you.

With only a few hours left till the big man visits everyone on his "nice" list & many kick back to enjoy a well earned break, we at TRP would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for making our 1st full year in business so great. From our builders, our private jobs, our workers both full time & all the extra helpers along the way, & to all of you out there who have shared our posts or passed on recommendations of us by word of mouth & all the people who have helped us behind the scenes we give our heart felt thanks. We wouldn't have a business without all you lot and we wish you all a magnificent Christmas.
