Garden revisit today 🌿 Just under six months since completion, and it’s wonderful to see everything settling in beautifully.

The design objective was to create a family-friendly garden that feels dynamic, inviting and bursting with colour.

We retained all the valuable existing features, but reshaped the elevation to allow for clearly defined zones dedicated to different activities — tennis, fire pit gatherings, open lawn play, veggie patch, orchard and a sand pit for the little ones.

The planting palette is a vibrant mix of reliable natives, herbaceous perennials, ornamental grasses and groundcovers, woven together in cheerful yellows, pinks and purples for a fun, uplifting feel.

It’s always rewarding to see a space not just looking good, but truly being lived in 💛

And yes, the puppy is also happy with the garden 😅

The mass planting of plants has created a biodiverse haven with shrubs, grasses, ground covers, and bird-friendly trees.

After a short introduction and induction shovels, rakes and many hardy plants were involved.
Students have done fantastic work in challenging site
