We’re looking for a Casual Retail Pool Shop Assistant to join our team!
☀ About Us
We’re a locally owned pool supply store dedicated to helping our customers keep their pools sparkling clean all year round. From water testing to equipment advice, we pride ourselves on expert knowledge and exceptional service.
☀ About the Role
As a Casual Retail Pool Shop Assistant, you’ll:
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service
• Conduct in-store water testing (training provided)
• Assist customers with pool chemicals, equipment, and accessories
• Process sales through POS system
• Restock shelves and maintain store presentation
• Help with general cleaning and day-to-day store tasks
☀ What We’re Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
• Willingness to learn about pool care and products
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work Saturdays
• Basic computer skills
