No more muddy boots !
Side pathway, southern side of the house, tons of rain, turns into muddy lap pool.
The elderly owner couldn't afford concrete.
Next best thing, 20mm compacted road base 80mm thick on top of geo fabric with fall away from the brick work and boxed with treated pine. Trimmed the underside of the gate 100mm.
Job done, she saved a bucket load of cash and has an all weather pathway that'll last for years and years.

This poor lady had a so called "Handyman" attempt to fix her towel rail several times.
What a mess, they used silicone and no more gaps to try and reattach the towel rail to the already busted plaster.
That was their quick fix, grab their money and go.
Me:
New towel rail $79
Patch, paint match and instal new towel rail $150.
Happy customer ?
You bet she is !
Total $229, 2 cups of tea, 2 peices of home made slice and an hour of conversation.

Hasn't been a door on here for years, out of square, odd size, uneven flooring, jams and stops all damaged.
No worries, replaced door stops, fixed the jams and fitted the new door with new hinges and locks. Gapped and painted in gloss white, looks amazing.
