With these core values and the backing of such a great client and team, ECM has successfully delivered an installation of 140m of Black Type 1 RMS Pedestrian Fencing all within expected time and budget on one of the busiest road corridors within Sydney.
A major focus of ECM is innovation and improving our day to day processes to ultimately deliver the best final product for our client. With this in mind, and the task at hand, the clever halo alignment system was the right choice to aid with this install.
The halo ring sits within the hood of the auger drive, illuminating green when level, when not – the ring turns red. Acting as a visual aid for the operator. This innovative system ensures that holes are drilled level and plum – increasing accuracy and consistency. A first of many innovative approaches from ECM. A standard auger drive would require a spotter to guide the operator to make adjustments throughout the auguring process. With this ingenious design, the need for a spotter is removed, eliminating risks that would be traditionally present with a spotter.
