When roughing in this bathroom we knew to get the downlight centred above the vanity would land right where that ceiling joist is and we already knew the exact light to use.

Look we all know a relative or friend’s dog’s uncle who “is or was an electrician”…please don’t get them to do your electrical work.
Chances are they either don’t know what they’re doing, don’t keep up with the rules and regulations or just do a terrible job. 🤦🏼‍♂️

We had previously been at this job for a bathroom renovation and had seen that none of the downlights throughout the property had the earth wires connected and had all been badly terminated into the plug bases.

Unfortunately for this customer rather than getting it done properly the first time we now have to go around and pull out every single downlight to redo them all and test properly. 😅

A lot neater, easier to operate and most of all safer with individual RCBO’s (safety switches) on every circuit so you know everyone in the family is protected.

It’s always an absolute breeze using the Clipsal MAX9 system and Voltex CUBO enclosures.

Thanks to the legends at for sorting out the level 2 stuff and non compliant point of attachment.

Before and after photos of a much needed switchboard upgrade thanks to the legends over at ! 👌🏼

This switchboard had copped it over the years being a few streets away from the beach; to the point that the switchboard lid was hanging on by a thread due to all of the corrosion.

We upgraded all of the circuits at the property to have their own RCD protection so you know if there is a fault it won’t affect any other circuit.
