WHAT THE HELL IS POLY WELDING? 👀

Poly welding is a specialised process used to join sections of polyethylene (PE) pipe together. The pipe ends are heated and fused to create a strong, continuous connection - commonly used when installing or repairing gas, water and sewer pipework and mains.

As one of the only fully licensed and compliant poly welding contractors, we have the capability and expertise to carry out poly welding and butt welding for gas infrastructure.

A recent call out to inspect a bathroom, before this place hit the market.

No wild guesses, just proper diagnostics:

☑️ Pressure tested the lines
☑️ Thermal scanned the walls and shower base to map out the moisture boundaries

What does this mean? Thermal imaging uses a heat-sensing camera to reveal moisture, while a pressure test pumps pressure into your pipes to make sure the gauge holds steady and isn't dropping from a leak.

Recently, our team was called out to Bathurst Hospital to respond to a disturbed saddle that had caused a leak. The crew acted quickly to carry out the repair while ensuring the hospital maintained uninterrupted gas supply throughout the process.

A huge thank you to the team for their professionalism and efficiency on this critical job — the outcome could have been catastrophic without their expertise and swift response.
