The team is now back from holidays and back into the swing of things! 😎🔌💡
Like many small businesses, we took some time away to reset and recharge with our team and families. Before heading off, we made every effort to let customers know we would be temporarily closed through Facebook posts, emails, and automatic replies.
We completely understand that urgent situations can be frustrating, and we always do our best to help where we can.
❌❌However, aggressive, intimidating or threatening behaviour toward staff or business owners because a phone call wasn’t answered during a scheduled closure is simply not acceptable.
We will not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour toward our team under any circumstances. Any customer displaying this behaviour moving forward will be removed from our customer list and we will no longer provide services to them. ❌❌
Small businesses are run by real people with families, employees, and lives outside of work. Respect goes both ways.
We genuinely appreciate the many customers who were patient, understanding, and supportive while we were away, and we’re now working through enquiries and bookings as quickly as possible. 🤗
