The guys have just completed a job in Belgrave where our client had serious issues with water running in under the house. Leaving this can lead to serious problems including as rotting stumps, Mould growth and foundation issues.
The solution was to install the required drainage and pump pit to redirect the water flow.
Undergoing work like this creates a massive mess, however the Hydro Jett Plumbing team leave the site as we found it.

The winter rains are certainly here!
After rainy days is a great time to check your ceilings for any water marks. This is an obvious sign that there is a problem.

Our best advice is to always address roof leaks immediately, no matter how small. Even a small leak can cause major damage if left unresolved! Leaks that aren't taken care of right away create a breeding ground for mould & mildew. Not only can mould create health issues, but it can ruin your walls, floor coverings, framing & ceiling. AND it can decrease the value of your home.
