Removal of tiles and installing 0.42 Bmt corrugated iron with 60mm anticon insulation to give this old house some added insulation for those cold winter nights.

Before and after photos of a roof replacement. This clients roof had the wrong profile for pitch (corrugated at a pitch of 2 degrees) and had be leaking for a long time.

We have removed all corrugated iron, flashings and guttering and replaced it with 0.48 Kliplok 700 which is suitable for this pitch. Also the colour has given this old garage a new look on life.

Colour: Classic Cream.

Profile: 0.48 Kliplok 700, Novaline fascia, Hi front quad XL slotted guttering.

Full roof replacement, replacing the Kliplok roof with speed deck and removal off the old tiles and installing Bradford 60mm roof blanket and 0.42 custom orb.

Removal of all guttering and downpipes and installing new fascia cover so the client never has to get up there and paint the fascia’s, also installing hi front quad gutters with external brackets and 100mm x 75mm downpipes.

This house was in much need of a replacement with big leaks coming in through the old Kliplok roof, skylights and gutters that weren’t falling towards the downpipes.

Colour: Wallaby.

Removing the whole back Kliplok roof and re pitching the long section to give the roof more fall and removing a big sag in the middle.

Continuing the wall cladding so that the fencing matches the wall and looks seamless.
