One of Ikon's 3rd-year apprentices, Jayden Scott.

He is walking us through a commercial light fitting installation, the kind of commercial jobs Ikon apprentices are on - week in, week out across SEQ.
At Ikon, apprentices are on the real thing from the start, working alongside licensed electricians on major commercial construction projects.

Two and a half years in, Jayden is across rough-in, fit off, cable containment, and progressing into testing and commissioning. He operates at near-tradesman level. That standard does not build itself.
That is how you build a crew worth having on a commercial site.
