Progress taking shape in Bloomfield ☀️

Our team recently delivered shotcrete and soil nail stabilisation works as part of a multi-site landslip remediation project along Bloomfield Road.

These works are designed to improve slope stability for the long term, ensuring safer and more reliable access for the community.

More updates to come as works continue.

This week, we were lucky enough to welcome work experience student Charlie from Unity College into the office! He spent his days with us learning the ins and outs of civil engineering alongside our estimator, Callum. 👷‍♂️

Charlie showed great passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm throughout the week, taking on every task with confidence and doing an outstanding job. A bright future ahead in the engineering industry!

Bloomfield Disaster Recovery Project

We are proud to be delivering critical disaster recovery works for Cook Shire Council across the Bloomfield region, supporting safe and resilient infrastructure following severe weather events.

This project includes 4 Design and Construct sites, with works tailored to each location and scope, including:
- Gabion baskets
- Soil nailing
- Rock protection measures
- Excavation and ground stabilisation works

Our teams are working in challenging conditions to deliver practical, long‑term solutions that improve slope stability, protect vital road corridors, and enhance community safety.

A great example of collaboration, engineering expertise and commitment to rebuilding stronger after disaster 🛠

Exciting times ahead on the Sunshine Coast 👷‍♂️🌴

Works have officially commenced on our First Avenue Streetscape Project, a key step in supporting the expansion of the Maroochydore CBD.

This project is all about creating a safer, more accessible and vibrant streetscape for residents, visitors and local businesses.

▪️ Safer pedestrian, cyclist and motorist movements through raised & scramble crossings
▪️ Upgraded footpaths and services
▪️ Enhanced accessibility throughout
▪️ New shared paths, landscaping & street furniture

We’re proud to be delivering infrastructure that not only improves safety and functionality, but also enhances the everyday experience of the Maroochydore community.
