Look what we found in a recently completed job , electrical hazard looks like it nearly burnt the house down, cellulose insulation material in roof space heated up the wire and fused it together to start it smouldering luckily for the owners it didn’t turn into a major fire . Look what we found in someone roof space , the owner s house was always feeling stuffy and mouldy smells though out house , and stale air the client was always feeling sick and tied . after spending thousands on medications and doctors appointments had a look in roof space and discovered that the insulation has turned into a huge rat nest with bulk dust n dirt and leaf matter stopping the house from breathing and recycling the air . As we clean out the mess the report from owner was of great relief and a much fresher breathing house and feeling on much better health and better sleep at night, the house feels like a new house feel .
