We are Hiring!

We are looking for two hard working, reliable people to join us for a renewable energy project based near Benalla.

Both roles are casual with attractive hourly rates, must be available to work Monday to Friday, 7am to 5.30pm for a 4-to-6-month duration.

Water Truck Driver - HC License is advantageous but would consider HR license as well.

Roller Operator - Reliable with some construction experience preferred but not essential.

You will be required to hold a Construction Induction card and both roles available for immediate start.

With support from the Lincom Group and our reliable Powerscreen crushing equipment, old slabs, footings and brickwork are processed on-site and repurposed into quality Class 3 rock. This recycled material is used across roadworks, subdivisions, solar farms and civil construction projects throughout North East Victoria.

It’s a win for the environment, a win for project efficiency, and another step forward in delivering sustainable, practical infrastructure solutions across the region.

Caterpillar Inc. is turning 100 in 2025 — yep, a whole century of building, moving, and shaping the world!

Fun fact: the very first CAT machines weren’t yellow at all — they were painted grey, just like battleships.

To celebrate this incredible milestone, Caterpillar released only 100 limited-edition grey machines across the globe. Thanks to the team William Adams, we were lucky enough to get our hands on one — a CAT 336 Excavator.

Affectionately nicknamed “The Battleship,” it’s a real standout on site… and we think it’s pretty damn cool.
