Fencing offsider based in Inverell Northern NSW.

Position is casual with varying hours for approx 2-3 months, but could lead to further work for the right applicant.

To be considered for this position you will need a White Card and drivers licence (HR ideal). Fencing and or Welding experience essential and skidsteer operating experience would be highly desirable.

Personally you WILL be reliable, physically fit, a NON Smoker, clean and tidy, of sober habits, very easy going and work well in a team environment.

This job does involve some travel daily as
Most of the work will be in the Warialda area.

I will guarantee hard work, hot/cold days, flies, snakes and no phone service a lot of the time.

Wages are negotiable upon experience and qualifications.

If I was to sum up 2025, I’d say weather. We’ve gone from wet as a s**g for the first half of the year. Getting bogged multiple times a day to having to wet down grass to stop it catching a light while welding stays. It’s been great to be back at it though. Working out all the gear, faster processes but still quality work. Looking forwards to 2026 which is almost booked out.
Thanks to all our clients and also our followers who enjoy looking at our work.
A big thanks to both my sons for their hard work.
