PRICING UPDATE

Please be advised that from 1 October 2026, TJC Property Maintenance will be introducing an increase to labour rates and applicable service charges across both private and subcontracting work.

This pricing adjustment applies to:

• Private residential and commercial work
• Subcontracting work for builders, property maintenance companies and other contractors
• Hourly labour rates
• Travel and applicable call-out charges

With the continued increase in operating costs including fuel, materials, insurances, vehicle expenses and general business overheads, an adjustment to current pricing is necessary.

I’ve done my best to keep pricing fair and competitive while continuing to provide reliable service and quality workmanship.

All new rates will take effect from 1 October 2026.

Any quotes already supplied and accepted prior to this date will remain at the agreed quoted price unless otherwise stated.

Thank you to all my private clients, builders, contractors and businesses for your continued support.

Big day on the tools today! 💪

Today kicked off with demolishing the badly damaged eave sheets and removing the associated timber quad.

From there, I reattached the fascia and gutter that had come away, which was the cause of all the damage in the first place.

Once everything was secured, I installed the new eave sheets and timber quad, completed all the paint preparation, and finished the day by applying the undercoat.

It's great seeing this one coming back together. Looking forward to getting it finished off! 👌
