If you're planning a bathroom renovation, it's easy to get caught up choosing tiles and tapware 🛁
But long before those decisions happen, we're already thinking about how you'll use the space every day.
Will the layout make the most of the space?
Will there be enough storage?
Can we make the room feel more spacious without extending the home?
Are we choosing materials that will stand the test of time?
These are the decisions that often make the biggest difference, even if they're not the ones you're thinking about yet.
This recent bathroom renovation is a great example.
Instead of working within the existing bathroom footprint, we looked beyond the room itself and identified an opportunity to incorporate part of an adjoining storage cupboard into the new layout. That one decision allowed us to create a larger shower and a bathroom that feels far more open and functional.
Sometimes, the best renovation solution isn't making your home bigger. It's making better use of the space you already have.
Successful renovations aren't just about choosing beautiful finishes. They're about asking the right questions before the work even begins. And it's that thoughtful planning that creates spaces you'll enjoy not just on handover day, but for many years to come.
