Kepal Building Services is a family owned and operated business that has been servicing country Victoria for 12 years. We are a pre-qualified contractor registered with the Department of Transport as a preferred tenderer for

government building and maintenance contracts. Kepal are a registered;
• Building Practioner (license number DBU-32311),
• Member of the HIA (Housing Industry Authority)
• Member of MBA (Master Builders Australia). We are fully qualified and insured and currently manage maintenance for over 350 properties state wide. Kepal take pride in;
