Elmore job nearing completion, big thanks to Troy from Murphy's Sprayseeding / Hydromulching for Hydroseeding the lawn.

Job included installation of automated irrigation system, turf prep, steel edging with a garden bed across the back to come.

Soon to be dental surgery we completed in Maiden Gully.

All these works were completed off a plan that the client had drawn up, with over 300 plants and 500m2 of artificial lawn.

All gardens are on an automated irrigation system.

Big thanks to Corie, Nath and crew from Just Trees Central Victoria for the supply of soil and mulch on this one.

We’re growing!

JWF Landscaping is a locally owned and operated business based out of Bendigo, Victoria, specialising in residential and commercial landscaping projects - from turf and paving to retaining walls, planting, and outdoor design.

We’re looking for a qualified landscaper, 3rd or 4th year apprentice, or skilled labourer to join our friendly, hard-working team.

About the Role:
You’ll be involved in a wide range of landscaping and outdoor construction projects across Bendigo and Central Victoria. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in quality workmanship, and works well within a small team.

Depending on your experience level, duties may include:
Site preparation, levelling, drainage, and soil improvement
Retaining walls, edging, fencing, and structural landscaping
Paving, concreting, decking, and turf installation (natural and artificial)
Planting, irrigation installation, and garden establishment
Reading of plans, measurements, and project set-out
Operating tools and machinery (excavators, skid steers, compactors, etc.)
General labouring and assisting trades on site
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

You’ll gain exposure to a variety of projects - from residential backyard transformations to larger property landscaping works.

What We’re Looking For
3rd or 4th year landscaping apprentice OR qualified landscaper OR skilled labourer with construction experience
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
Ability to work in a team and follow direction
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
White Card (required)
Driver’s licence (required)
Working With Children check (required)
MR truck licence highly regarded
Machinery experience or tickets highly regarded
