1st and potentially a 3rd/4th Year Landscaping Apprentice
We are looking for a motivated and reliable 1st Year and the potential 3rd/4th Landscaping Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to start a hands-on career in landscaping while learning from experienced professionals.
About the Role
As a Landscaping Apprentice, you will work alongside a qualified landscaper to learn all aspects of landscape construction. You will gain practical experience while completing your apprenticeship training.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assisting with paving, retaining walls, turf laying, and planting, welding,
• Operating and maintaining basic landscaping tools and equipment
• Site preparation and clean-up
• Loading and unloading materials
• Following workplace health and safety procedures
• Learning landscaping techniques and industry standards
• 4th year would be looking at supporting them into leading hand role
Skills and Requirements
• Genuine interest in landscaping and outdoor work
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Manual driver’s licence is a must and own transport
• White Card preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Working with children card (or willingness to obtain)
