We’re sharing a heartfelt appeal with our Jet Blaster Man community for Ruben and his family.

At just 15 months old, Ruben has spent the past three weeks on life support at Westmead Children’s Hospital. His heart is significantly enlarged, and he has already undergone multiple open heart surgeries.

Ruben needs ongoing treatment and may need to travel overseas for further care. His family is doing everything they can, while facing overwhelming medical and living expenses.

⚠️ This is how plumbers can die on the job.

Watch the gap in this water main. That’s electrical arcing where the metal pipe has been separated.

If a fault causes a metal water pipe to carry current, cutting or disconnecting it can expose a plumber to a fatal electric shock. It’s a hazard you can’t afford to overlook.

That’s why we assess the electrical risk before working on metal water services and use a properly fitted temporary bonding strap across the section being disconnected. If there’s any sign of an electrical fault, work stops and a licensed electrician needs to investigate.

Another stubborn blocked drain cleared by The Jet Blaster Man! 💦

This blockage was caused by a large amount of concrete that had made its way down the pipe. Using our high-pressure water jetter, we broke through and cleared the obstruction, then inspected the line with our CCTV drain camera.

🚨 BROKEN SEWER PIPE FOUND & REPAIRED 🚨

Another sewer problem diagnosed and repaired by the Jet Blaster Man team. 💦🔧

After investigating the drainage issue, we located a broken section of PVC sewer pipe that was causing problems through the line.

✅ Fault diagnosed and exact location identified
✅ Hand excavated to safely expose the damaged sewer
✅ Broken PVC pipework cut out and removed
✅ New PVC sewer pipe installed and connected
✅ Pipework tested to ensure correct flow
✅ Excavation backfilled and compacted
✅ Work area cleaned up and left neat and tidy

From CCTV sewer inspections and blocked drains through to excavation, sewer repairs and pipe relining, we can diagnose the problem and get it repaired properly.
